What is the booking process?
You can book on our website. Please note, any information missed on the identification form completed on booking may mean we are unable to release your results. Upon booking you will receive a unique reference number that you must add to your passenger locator form.
When do I take the test?
For both green and amber list countries you must take the first test on or before day 2 of your arrival into the UK, with the day you arrive into the UK counting as day zero.
How long is the result turnaround?
24-48 hours from receipt of the sample at the laboratory.
Can I visit a clinic?
Yes when you book you can opt to visit our clinic instead, located in Somerset.
I want to proceed, what is my next step?
When will I receive the tests?
You will receive your test(s) prior to or on day 2 of your quarantine period.
How do I take the test?
Your testing package will come with instructions on how to take your test.
How will I receive my results?
You will receive your results to the email provided upon booking.
For amber list countries, when can I release from quarantine?
You can only release from quarantine after 10 days provided you have received a negative result from both the Day 2 and Day 8 PCR test. If you decide to opt in to the Test to Release programme, this timeframe can be reduced. You can purchase Test to Release through our website: www.dnaworkplace.com/covid19-testing
Why do amber list countries need to take 2 tests?
You must take two tests on the relevant days to be able to leave quarantine as per government regulations. The first test is to check for variants of COVID-19, and the second test is to check that you do not have COVID-19.
Can I book if I’ve travelled from a red-list country?
If you have travelled from a red-list country, you will not be able to book your PCR tests with DNA Workplace. Please book this as part of your mandatory hotel quarantine package.
Do I need to book a package for my child?
Children aged 4 and under do not need to test.
Can you help if I have an urgent booking?

How will I get my video link to record the test being administered?
The link to video record your test will be emailed to you when your test kit is shipped.
How will I know the video recording was successfully uploaded to the DNA Workplace verification system?
Once you have completed the recording and you hit 'stop' the video is then automatically uploaded to our system and your video recording was successful. If you receive an error message please get in touch with our team.
