You can book on our website. Please note, any information missed on the identification form completed on booking may mean we are unable to release your results.




How long is the result turnaround?


6 hours from receipt of the sample at the laboratory.




Can I visit a clinic?


Yes when you book you can opt to visit our clinic instead, located in Somerset.

How do I take the test?


Your testing package will come with instructions on how to take your test.




How will I receive my results?


You will receive your results to the email provided upon booking.




Do I need to book a test for my child?


This will depend on the regulations of the country you are traveling to - please enquire with your travel agent or by visiting the government website for that particular country.
