Delivery

• Delivery in the UK is free on all drug testing kits.
• We ship worldwide. Outside the UK, postage is charged at Royal Mail rates based on the destination country and the weight of your order. It is calculated for you at checkout, before you pay.
• We deliver using Royal Mail, DHL or Speedel.
• Any import duties, customs charges or taxes in the destination country are not included in our prices and are payable by the customer.
• UK orders received before 1pm are dispatched for next-business-day delivery. International delivery takes longer.
• We can deliver urgent requests at weekends, with same-day delivery available to specific regions — call us to arrange this.

Prices and VAT

All prices shown on the website include VAT, and the VAT contained in your order is shown at checkout and on your confirmation email.

Order quantities

• You can order up to 1,000 kits online, in any quantity. Kits are packed in boxes of 100, then boxes of 25, with any remainder sent loose — for example 150 kits ship as one box of 100 and two boxes of 25. Postage outside the UK is worked out for each parcel. Please order one type of test at a time.
