For this blood test you have the choice of two collection methods.
 
Option 1:
Have the ease and simplicity of taking your own sample via a fingerprick right at home. DNA Workplace will provide a home kit with instructions for you to do this safe and effectively. It is important that the step-by-step instructions are followed to make sure the blood sample is taken correctly and your results can be with you as soon as possible.
 
Option 2: 
If you would prefer for someone else to do the collection you can find, book and pay for your own local clinic and we will send you a specific kit for them to use.
